WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

We accept all major payments: American Express, Mastercard, Visa & Discover. You can also pay using Amazon Pay, PayPal, G-PAY as well as Apple Pay.


I AM SHOPPING OUTSIDE THE USA, WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

All purchases are charged in US Dollars


DOES MAISON BANGBANG COLLABORATE WITH INFLUENCERS

We receive an overwhelming request for collaborations and complimentary product, unfortunately we are unable to fulfill all requests.

HOW DO I KEEP MY MAISON BANGBANG BAG LOOKING IT'S BEST?

Preserve the elegant lines by not overfilling your bag.


Avoid prolonged contact between light and dark colors to reduce the risk of any color bleeding into the bag.


Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, artificial light and moisture.


Should your bag come into contact with water, we recommend drying it carefully with an absorbent non-pilling cloth.


Use a soft cloth and take care to avoid any products which may degrade the outside of the bag.

To preserve the shine on the glossy hardware, rub regularly with a soft cloth.

Avoid contact with rough and abrasive materials.

Do not clean the glossy hardware with water, soap, detergent or any other chemical product or solution as these could damage or rust the metal finish or discolor the piece.


Store your bag standing up in its dust bag, filled with silk paper so it retains its shape.


Take special care of white colored bags to avoid stains.


Appreciate the natural patina inherent to the life of your bag.

Day after day it will reveal a new aspect of its beauty and of its history and yours.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Domestic Orders:

FREE Standard Service: Our standard service takes 1-3 days, depending on where in the USA you are located.

Express Service:  We offer Next Day Delivery using UPS Next Day Air, this is an overnight service.

Orders received before 1pm west coast time (PST) are guaranteed to be processed same day.

International Orders:

FREE Standard Service: Our standard service is sent using USPS or UPS depending on which country you are located. Delivery time is 5-9 days, depending on which country you are you are located.

Express Service: We offer DHL EXPRESS, which is a 1-3 day service, the cost of this service varies based on your country, but its usually approximately 50 dollars.

We offer returns within 14 days from receiving your delivery. See our FAQ's for more details.


WHAT IF MY ORDER IS URGENT?

All orders are processed within 1 business day and same day if you place your order before 1pm PST (4pm EST).

We offer Next Day Delivery via UPS so we can get your parcel to you fast.

Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or on U.S. holidays.

Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

 


WHAT WILL MY MAISON BANGBANG PARCEL LOOK LIKE WHEN IT ARRIVES?

Your order will arrive in our Maison BangBang signature packaging. This box is packed inside of another protective box. A branded dust bag is included with all handbags.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

International customers may be subject to duties and taxes — please be familiar with your countries specific trade agreements with the USA. These will be collected by DHL Express as part of the delivery process.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number via email once we have dispatched your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.


RETURNS & ORDER

RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached.

Accessories returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and immaculate items returned in original packaging.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Maison BangBang is not responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please contact us at clientservices@maisonbangbang.com to begin the returns process.

Confirm your Order number, Full Name, Address and the reason you want to return your item. 

We will then provide you your Returns Authorisation number (RA#) and the details and address to send to.

Once we receive the items and confirm they are in good condition we will confirm and approve the return and issue your refund (it may take a few business days for your funds to arrive depending on your bank and payment method)


EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item from your order, email us at clientservices@maisonbangbang.com, we will initiate a return — once we provide a return authorisation, simply return the original item and we will send you a replacement.

If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.
 



IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER WHAT CAN I DO?

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send.

If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and repair or replace the product for you.
